Fees and Payments

PAYMENT:
All payment are due at the time of service.  Payments can be made by check, cash or credit/debit card.

INSURANCE:Co-Payment is to be made to me directly at the time of your session. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance before obtaining services to verify the reimbursment percentage. 

 

24 HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED TO CANCELATION APPOINTMENT, Failure to show up for an appointment  cancelled in less than 24-hours will be charged at the full session rates stated below.

 

Without Insurance cash pay out of pocket amount:

Couples Counseling 60 min               $150
